Laser Controlled Area (LCA) Signs / Laser Safety Signs
The AIM team has created Laser Control Area (LCA) signs for downloading for the Fotona dental lasers, the various Sirolasers, and the Thor Photomedicine lasers. The LCA sign layout and content is specific and different for each county The Canadian signs are available both in English and bilingual in French and English. It is the responsibility of the facility’s Laser Safety Officer that appropriate LCA signs are posted at every to the laser-controlled area whenever a Class 3 or Class 4 is being utilized.
