Credit Hours:             3-Hours of Participation Credit

Intended Audience:  Dentists, Hygienists, & Clinical Auxiliaries

Course Description:

Lasers encompass a range of wavelengths, pulse configurations, and delivery systems. This program is structured to provide participants with hands-on experience using some of today’s advanced lasers and photobiomodulation (PBM) devices.

Simulation exercises will include hard and soft tissue procedures, as well as, PBM and endodontic laser-enhanced irrigation concepts and procedures. Participants will have the opportunity to perform these simulated laser procedures and observe the interactions and outcomes.

Learning Objectives:

  • Experience using lasers & photobiomodulation devices of various wavelengths & pulse configurations
