Course Description:

The integration of lasers and other advanced technologies has become a standard practice in contemporary dentistry. Nevertheless, achieving effective implementation while establishing a streamlined workflow and minimizing disruption to routine operations remains a significant challenge for many practices. This presentation aims to support practices in establishing an effective process for determining the potential benefits of implementing laser and related technologies in improving the quality of care and outcomes. Understanding the true science of what laser technology can and cannot attain is crucial. Furthermore, recognizing the integral role of the entire dental team in assessing and adopting suitable technologies is essential for establishing an effective and streamlined workflow.  This program is designed to help identify what is, and how to acquire the appropriate education for selecting the correct laser or any technology before purchasing a device.  Also understanding what education and training is necessary and may be required for each team member for successful implementation is a vital part of the presentation.
